In 2019, Para Light established its Optical Design Center to provide comprehensive technical support integrating optics, circuitry, mechanical structures, and thermal management, successfully expanding from LED component packaging into LED modules and finished product manufacturing.

• Power Semiconductor Sector:

Since 2022, Para Light has actively expanded into the   power semiconductor sector, focusing on mid-to-high   power markets such as green energy inverters, industrial   energy storage systems, and data center server market.   We have launched our 7th-generation Micro-Pattern (MPT) IGBTs and industry-leading SiC MOSFETs featuring an ultra-low temperature coefficient for RDS(on), which is receiving exceptional feedback from   global customers for its superior performance.
