More than 200 exhibitors from 25 countries presented solutions and products from the electronics industry at electronica virtual. In total, more than 8,000 participants from around 80 countries gathered information at virtual trade show booths and digital conferences.
electronica virtual also provided a comprehensive technology overview in digital format. The exhibition areas included automotive, embedded systems, EMS, semiconductors and wireless. Participants had the opportunity to visit virtual booths and contact companies directly via chat function. More than half of the 8,253 unique users came from abroad.
electronica virtual clearly demonstrated the great need for technical discussions, knowledge transfer and inspiration in the industry. We have fulfilled this need and finally enabled the international audience to meet again after a long time. All this thanks to digital technologies, which are driven by the electronics industry. With participants from 79 countries, the digital offering was very well received worldwide and will continue to be an important component of our events in the future. But personal contact is irreplaceable.
